When you need to make a claim, we can advise if it is covered under that policy and assist you to prepare and submit the claim to the insurer. If there is uncertainty about whether a claim is covered under your policy we will advise you.

Got a claim? What To Do ?

During regular business hours:
Please call our office and speak to a licensed broker who will take the details of your claim, assist you, and report the incident directly to your insurer.

After hours, weekends and holidays:
Please submit your claim online and provide as much details of your claim. We shall contact you at the start of the next business day.
